Sarah Victor

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I'm so happy you're joining me on this journey! I graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Biology, on track to becoming a pediatrician when I got rerouted to medical missionary work. My love for children and plant-based food makes it unbelievably easy for me to connect with people from all walks of life through my meal-prep service, Veats Bar. When I'm not catering, helping people transition to a plant-based diet, meal prepping, conducting classes, organizing pop-ups, or conducting private tasting menus, I'm most likely somewhere hanging out with kids, reading a book, or eating a mango! I also love sharing delicious veggie-forward plant-based recipes and meal-prepping tips on Instagram for those that need a little extra inspiration. Currently, I live in Georgia where I'm working on an initiative to bring healthy and delicious plant-based meals to an Atlanta public school situated in a food desert. This project is near to my heart because it is a conglomerate of my love for children, healthy eating, writing, and biology!
