Gabriel McClover and his wife Vonnelle are the owners of the Vineyard Café & Juice Bar in Summerville, GA, and founders of the F.I.T.T. Challenge. Over the past 10 years, they have worked with countless individuals in Summerville & and across the country educating them about plant-based nutrition and its benefits to help prevent and reverse chronic lifestyle diseases. Gabriel spent 10 years in sales, marketing & and business development in 3 Fortune 500 companies in various Sales and leadership positions before opening the Vineyard Cafe in 2015 with his wife Vonnelle.
Thriving Under Stress
Bamiji Ibironke serves as a corrective exercise specialist and certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). After having a personal experience of transformation in his lifestyle, he has committed himself to helping others in their own journey for improved health. He has a demonstrated history of helping clients improve their lifestyles through science-based fitness programming. While he serves all demographics he has taken a specific interest in helping seniors maintain mobility and avoid dependent living.
Processing Through Change
Tamara Conway is a certified GRM Specialist, helping people process the impacts of change, loss, and grief, as well as a Mental Health Coach, specializing in Trauma & Abuse Recovery, Anxiety & Depression Recovery. She has enjoyed helping women from all over the world process through traumas for over the last 15 years and has authored the book, "Kill The Girl", Vol. 1 - From Coping To Healing, which details her own personal journey of going from living a life surviving to thriving.
